Noxolab ("we", "us", "our") publishes Snake Party (the "App") for Android. This policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and your choices.
Snake Party works offline for core World Tour gameplay. Game progress (coins, unlocks, settings) is stored locally on your device with integrity checks. We do not require an account for offline play.
v2 updates may enable online multiplayer (guest token + match data sent to our servers) and, in a future build, rewarded ads via Google AdMob. When those features are active in your installed version, the sections below apply and we will update Google Play Data safety accordingly.
This data stays on your device unless you back it up through your device or OS backup tools (e.g., Google backup). We do not receive this data in v1.0.
The following may be enabled in app updates. When active, we update this policy and, where required, show in-app consent before collection begins.
Requires a network connection and transmits gameplay events, match results, a pseudonymous player identifier, and display name to our servers for matchmaking and leaderboards. Connections should use HTTPS/WSS when available.
Rewarded and interstitial ads may be shown. AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data, and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads. See Google Privacy Policy and AdMob & user data. You will be able to use consent tools where legally required (e.g., EEA/UK).
We may use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand stability and improve the game. This may include device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and coarse usage events. See Firebase Privacy.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive purchase tokens or receipts to grant items; we do not receive your full payment card details.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where GDPR applies: local save data is processed to perform our contract with you (provide the game). Analytics and ads (when enabled) rely on consent or legitimate interests as applicable, with opt-out or consent flows shown in-app.
Snake Party is a casual game suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country) without verifiable parental consent. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a child provided personal data.
Local data remains until you uninstall the App or clear app storage. Server-side data (future features) will be retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymized.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
If we use US-based providers (Google, Firebase, AdMob), data may be processed in the United States and other countries with safeguards as required by law.
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object or withdraw consent. For v1.0 offline data, uninstalling the App or clearing storage deletes local data. Contact us for other requests.
We do not sell personal information. California residents may request access or deletion where applicable. Categories collected in future versions may include identifiers, device data, and usage data as described above.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice.
